विवरण Dear sir, Attached photo of a senior citizen(Ganga Ram from Kusma, Parbat) along with his senior citizen card and Sajha bus ticket are strongest pieces of evidence against the booking clerk(name unknown but ha ndles morning shift at Gongobu New Bus Park), who mistreated above passenger on Monday last when he demanded concessional ticket and illegally charged him 600 rupees, the full fare from Kathmandu to Kusma, whereas he was required to pay only 350 rupees. The Sajha bus no was 2215 and the date was Jestha 6, 2076. Please talk to Sajha GM Mr. Pandey over phone on this issue besides sending gunaso through a letter because they just throw letters into the dust bin as I have noticed. If you really want to help, let your unit chief the Under Secretary, take the initiative and inform me. Kindly show this mail to your gunaso team boss. Sincerely Yours, Hira
